Ceremony Details
Please note that Marriage or Civil Partnership ceremonies
are currently being conducted at the Mario Finlayson Gallery at the City Hall,
on weekdays between 10:00hrs and 14:30hrs Monday to Thursday and 10.00hrs and
14.00hrs Fridays.
Ceremony bookings for outside locations are available
on weekdays between the hours of 16.00hrs and 19:00hrs at hourly intervals. On
Saturdays, these are also available between 10:00hrs and 19:00hrs, at hourly
intervals, and may only take place at one of the approved venues. The approved
venues are listed here.

What happens next?
- Your payment will be processed securely through our encrypted payment gateway.
- You will receive an email confirmation with the details of your reservation.
- Please email copies of all your original documents to the Department of Immigration
& Home Affairs for initial verification – our email address is :

A list of the required documents is provided below:
- Passport, National Identity Card or other acceptable form of identity.
- Full Birth Certificate showing parents’ names (or Adoption Certificate).
- Previous Marriage or Civil Partnership Certificate. (if applicable)
- Death Certificate of your late spouse or civil partner. (if applicable)
- Final and absolute original Divorce Decree/Annulment (if applicable)
- If you have changed your name in any way, you must produce official evidence of your change of name.
- Residency documents
- Signed declaration found on page 12 of our guidance notes.
- We will contact you if any additional information or documentation is required before the ceremony.
- Please note our fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
